  • Where is the store based?

  • What's the best way to take care of my items when they arrive?

    For the art prints, I recommend unrolling them and pressing them for a while between the pages of a book, or underneath a clean, flat surface, so that they're crisp and flat before you put them up!

    I've found that the apparel prints hold up well even when treated roughly, but if you want to take special care to keep them in nice condition, you can turn the shirts inside-out before laundering to protect the print, wash them in cold water, and hang them to dry (or tumble-dry on low heat).

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    HOLIDAY 2024 SHIPPING: We're entering the holiday season again! To make sure your items are delivered to you before Christmas, please place your orders by December 10th for shipping within the USA, or by December 8th for international orders ♥ Feel free to shoot me an email at [email protected] if you have any questions!

    Orders are usually printed and shipped within 2-6 days, and then delivered in about 4 days after that. International parcels may take a little longer, but they're generally pretty quick as well! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so that you can keep an eye on it. If your order contains both prints and apparel/tapestries, you'll receive them in separate packages (usually the prints arrive first!)

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes! My art can be sent pretty much anywhere — just indicate your country at checkout, and you're all set.

  • There’s a problem with my order—who can I contact?

    If there’s any kind of issue with your order, you can email me directly at [email protected]! I will help you out right away. It’s very important to me that you have a good experience and are totally happy with your purchase, so please don’t hesitate to reach out!

  • What’s the ‘handling fee’ on my order for?

    The handling fee at checkout is charged by Storenvy, my shop's current hosting service, and goes to them directly. They should probably call it a 'Storenvy fee' instead—but hey, what do I know? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
